*This fee grants you full venue access including the private patio area. During this time, we highly recommend use of this wonderful amenity. *Tables and chairs are included. *Kitchen access with microwave/bar/refrigerator with freezer/three compartment sink. ($100 REFUNDABLE) damage deposit will be added to invoice once date is booked. To secure your date, half the balance due is required at the time of booking. Venue booking fees are completely non-refundable. An optional new available date can be chosen should something happen to cause a need for rescheduling.
