Please read in full to ensure understanding of our policies.

 

Our current Hours of Operation are 6am-11 pm.

We are encouraging "Entire Venue" booking. This will allow for a proper social distancing room setup. Guest lists events only, no open to the public type of events allowed. We are highly encouraging the use of our gated patio area. Take advantage of this wonderful amenity that is included in your booking.

Are there additional fees to book?

Yes, all bookings require a $100 refundable damage deposit fee pending a satisfactory inspection after the event. This fee will be calculated into your booking balance.

 

​How do I reserve a date?

All bookings are to be reserved online or by phone (Contactless booking).

​

What are your available days/hours?

7 days a week 6am-11pm

 

How can I ensure I receive my $100 security deposit back?

Treat the event venue as you would your own. Guests shall not damage the property and the venue should be left clean and in the same condition as arrival.

 

* You are required to remove all trash from site to a designated area.

Can alcohol be served on the premises?

If your event includes alcohol consumption, it must be approved by the owner, and you are required to purchase additional insurance for your event through the following link.

The insurance fee is paid directly to the insurance company who will email the certificate to Small Special Occasions.

I booked, but I need to cancel. What are my options?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds due to our policy; however, your amount paid can be credited to a future date of your choice, if available.

I want to bring outside waterplay or Bouncy Houses to my event. Is this allowed?   Yes, however there is an additional fee that is added to your booking.

​

Can  guests smoke in the venue?

No, the venue is a nonsmoking facility, smoking inside is prohibited nor should there be discarded cigarette debris found outside the building. This can cause your security deposit to be forfeited.

​

My fur baby/babies are a part of my family, are they allowed? We love fur babies too, but unfortunately, they are not allowed at the venue.

​

How many chairs and tables does the venue have? 

75-Black folding chairs

6- 60 in. diameter round tables (60" D x 29" H)-(can seat up to 8 per table)

7- 6 ft. rectangular tables (72" x 30" x 29")-(can seat 6-8 per table)

Are decor items available to rent?

No, not at this time.

Does the venue decorate and/or cater?

At this time we do not offer those services .
