*This fee grants you full venue access including the private garden patio area. During this time, we highly recommend use of this wonderful amenity. *Tables and chairs are included. *Kitchen access with microwave/bar/refrigerator with freezer/three compartment sink. ($100 REFUNDABLE) damage deposit is included in total fees due. A payment on $100.00 that is credited towards balance due is due at the time of booking. Venue booking fees are completely non-refundable. An optional new available date can be chosen should something happen to cause a need for rescheduling.
