AKA (The Small Room) *This room is directly connected to the foyer area. This room also leads directly to the kitchen prep area for easy access. There are two restrooms. Comfortably seating up to - 40 persons. *Tables and chairs are included. *Kitchen equipped with microwave/bar/refrigerator /top freezer/three compartment sink. * ($100 REFUNDABLE) damage deposit will be added to invoice once date is booked. To secure your date, half the balance due is required at the time of booking. Venue booking fees are completely non-refundable. An optional new available date can be chosen should something happen to cause a need for rescheduling. This date must be chosen within one year and is nontransferable. ** All trash INCLUDING BATHROOM TRASH should be removed from site to a designated area. The build's check list must be followed, or you can request cleaning services for an additional fee. This service ranges from an additional starting rate of 150.00 and up. Room measurements (26 X 25 sq. ft.)
