In order to reserve your requested date; the full rental fee should be paid or a seventy-five dollar ($75.00) deposit at the time of date & room reservation .This deposit can be paid online or you can contact us to make arrangements to pay in person.**This deposit will be credited to your booking ,
* Additionally **All bookings require a $100.00 refundable damage deposit fee pending inspection after event

We offer a 10% discount for religious events

Table cloths & chair covers rental are available.

Venue should be left in same condition as arrival .
* If you prefer not to clean, we also offer a cleaning service for a fee of $100.00 per room

The Venue is a nonsmoking facility

If your event includes alcohol consumption it must be approved by the owner and you are required to purchase additional insurance for your event through the following link http://www.theeventhelper.com/#7guzRm or an approved event insurance carrier.

This fee is paid directly to the insurance company who will email the certificate to Small Special Occasions.
