Booking Information

Rates may vary seasonally

  

In order to reserve your requested date; the  full rental fee should be paid or a seventy-five dollar ($75.00)  deposit at the time of date  & room reservation .This deposit can be paid online or you can  contact us to make arrangements to pay in person.**This deposit will be credited to your booking ,

 

* Additionally **All bookings require a $100.00 refundable damage deposit fee pending inspection after event 

​*Paid in-person at contract signing (cash or check only)

 

​

We  offer a 10% discount for religious events

 

**Multiple week rentals are available for a discounted rate. Please contact Erica Freeman to discuss   your event and get a quote. (334)721-4776

 

Table  cloths & chair covers rental  are available.

​

 Venue should be left in same condition as  arrival .

 

* If you prefer not to clean, we also offer a cleaning service for a fee of $100.00 per room

 

                                           Other Information_______________________

  • The Venue is a nonsmoking facility

  • If your event includes alcohol consumption it must be approved by the owner and you are required to purchase  additional insurance for your event through the following link http://www.theeventhelper.com/#7guzRm  or  an approved event insurance carrier.

  • This fee is paid directly to the insurance company who will email the certificate to Small Special Occasions.
